HUB

Many young Japanese people get together and drink in HUB where are located many places in Tokyo, especially Shibuya, Shinjyuku, Shinagawa. Very casual and relax mood  make you a fun time. Japanese is said very shy sometimes, however I have never seen shy people in HUB. They are very friendly and there are many chances to talk to local Japanese people. I recommend you go here to get a good time by talking and knowing local Japanese people.
